Healthy cucumber cake(Tavsali)

Special healthy cake
No sugar
No flour
No oil
No butter

Ingredients
👉1cup suji
👉1cup grated cucumber
👉1cup jaggery powder
👉1/4cup dalia
👉1tsp baking soda
👉Some dry fruits

Method
👉Roast suji and dalia on low flame.
👉Add milk,jaggery powder in bowl and mix it well.
👉Add suji,dalia,and cucumber and mix it well again and then rest it for 10-15min.
👉So that suji absorb water
👉Now add dry fruits and baking soda and mix it.
👉Now steam it in a steamer for 15-20 min.you can also microwave it for 12-15min.
