Homemade Aam papad

  • Ingredients
  • 1cup mango pulp
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1/2tsp dry mango powder
  • 1/4tsp black salt
  • Pinch of garam masala and black pepper
  • Recipe
  • Make a paste of mango cubes
  • Then Cook the mango pulp on medium flame for atleast 5-7 min. And stir continuously.
  • Add masala in mixer and stir well and again Cook for 5min.
  • Then Grease the plate or silicon mat and spread the aam papad mixer with the help for knife or spatula.
  • And rest for 1-2 days.
