Janamashtami special: Dhaniya panjeree

1/2cup coriander powder
1/2cup jaggery powder
1/4cup ghee
1tbsp fennel seeds
1/2cup dry fruits (Cashew,almonds, makhana, raisins)

👉Heat the ghee in pan add coriander powder and saute it well on low flame.
👉Saute it for 5-8min till fragrance comes from it.
👉Then add roasted dry fruits in it and again mix it well.
👉Off the flame and rest it for cool down.
👉And add Jaggery powder or powder sugar and decorate with dry fruits.

Your dhaniya panjeree is ready for serve.
